This instrument may be stored or shipped in environments with the following limits:
Temperature......................... -40° to +55°C
Attitude …………………… 7,620 meters (25,000 inches)
The instrument should also be protected against temperature extremes, which may cause
condensation within the instrument.
Packing
Original Packing
Please keep all original shipping carton and packing materials and if it is needed to send for repair,
then it can be used for repacking purpose. Kindly contact the EEC Customer Support department
for service assistance. Upon delivering goods for repair, please attach along the power cord cable
and other accessories along with the instrument and state clearly the actual problem
encountered. Nevertheless, it is necessary to stick on the FRAGILE stickers on the packing carton.
Other Packing
For using other packing cartons other than the original shipping carton, please follow the
packing requirement accordingly if possible:
Pack the instrument with polystyrenes or air-compressed plastics.
The spaces between the instrument and carton must be occupied with anti-shock sponges and
the thickness should at least 70mm-100mm (3-4 inches).
1. Seal neatly on top of the carton filled with instrument.
2. Stick on FRAGILE stickers for delivery.
1.4 Field Installation Options
There are no field installation options on EEC’s 6500 Series AC Power Source.
