SIMULATING PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS
Disconnect the pressure transducer to be checked electrically:
1) Fit a 2k2 Ohm (2200 Ohm) heated wire of at least 3 Watt to the transducer connecting cable
2) Connect the computer to crane
3) You read a pressure value of about “135 bar” next to transducer
SIMULATING ON/OFF ANGULAR SENSORS
Disconnect the angular sensor be checked electrically:
1) Fit a 2k2 Ohm (2200 Ohm) heated wire of at least 3 Watt to the angular sensor connecting cable
2) Connect the computer to crane
3) “1” is displayed next to: “2nd boom above critical angle”
SIMULATING ANALOG ANGULAR SENSORS
Disconnect the angular sensor be checked electrically:
1) Fit a 2K2 Ohm (2200 Ohm) heated wire of at least 3 Watt to the angular sensor connecting cable
2) Connect the computer to crane
3) An angle value of about “– 93 degrees” is displayed
N.B. The simulation of the jib angular sensor lead to the display of angle values depending upon the
position of the second boom and the type of jib.
