      Your EGO Trimmer might not be working due to several reasons: * The battery pack may not be attached correctly; ensure it is properly connected to the power head. * There might be poor electrical contact between the trimmer and the battery. Remove the battery, check the contacts, and then reinstall it. * The battery pack could be depleted and needs charging. * The lock-off button might not be engaged correctly. Press and hold the lock-off lever before pressing the trigger. * The battery pack or power head may be too hot; allow them to cool down. * The blade might be jammed; remove the battery, carefully clear any obstructions, and then reinsert the battery. * The hedge trimmer might not be well connected to the power head; disconnect and reconnect them.
