What to do if no charge indicator flash on Eighteeth Dental equipment?

If your Eighteeth Dental equipment isn't charging and the charge indicator isn't flashing, start by checking the direction in which you've placed the handpiece in the charging base. Ensure it's correctly oriented. Also, inspect the charge pin of the charge base and remove any debris that may be preventing it from rebounding properly. Finally, clean the surface of the contactors. If the issue persists, connect adapter to handpiece directly and contact your distributor, as the charge base may be broken.
