  To resolve the issue of the Eizo monitor not automatically detecting the camera, select the appropriate protocol for your camera: Panasonic for Panasonic cameras, AXIS for AXIS cameras, or ONVIF for ONVIF compliant cameras. Ensure that the username and password are correct. If automatic detection continues to fail, use manual registration to register the camera.

What to do if the Eizo FDF2304W-IP camera image is not displayed on the live screen?

  If the Eizo monitor camera image is not displayed, completely black, or shows an error, ensure the camera's stream settings are correct as described in sections 2.2 and 2.3. Also, verify that the camera user account has administrator rights. If the camera is on a different subnet, connect it to the same subnet as the monitor and ensure TCP and UDP ports are allowed on the router. For FDF2711W-IP/DX0211-IP monitors, the "RTP over RTSP" is also available in AXIS protocol. You can also enter the Web API command "http://{IP address of the monitor}/api/v1/debug/traffic-condition-lamp?lamp=true" in your browser to display the packet status in the camera image on the live screen. Packet status display is available in version 4.3200 and later.

  If adding a camera to the Eizo monitor causes image instability, position changes, or disturbances, ensure the IP address of the added camera does not overlap with existing devices' IP addresses. Also, check the stream settings of the added camera, referring to sections 2.2 and 2.3. The monitor might be overloaded, so adjust the resolution and frame rate according to the number of cameras displayed, as detailed in sections 2.2 and 2.3.
