Why does the cursor jump on my Eizo Monitor?

  If the cursor position is incorrect or the cursor jumps on your Eizo Monitor, try turning the monitor off and on. If that doesn't help, perform a calibration on the monitor. Avoid touching the screen while turning on the PC and monitor; touch it five seconds after the image appears. Changing the monitor's position or angle can also cause cursor jumps. Keep metals away from the panel surface. When touching the screen, use only one finger and keep other fingers away. Do not rest your hand on the monitor or bezel while touching the screen. Avoid using sprays for preventing static electricity on the screen, as they may affect the touch panel's sensitivity.
