(b) In RC and SH groups, whenever COMP & HE are both OFF,
excluding protection modes, IFAN operation will be according
to the following:
In WAX, flour mounted or mobile models, IFAN switches to
LOW for 30 sec and then stops.
In other models IFAN will operate in low speed for 30 sec and
then stop. If COMP is OFF for more than 3 minutes and IFEEL
Mode is inactive, IFAN will operate in low speed according to
the following graph:
(c) In RH group, IFAN starts when HE starts. When HE switches
to OFF, IFAN switches to LOW for 30 sec and then stops.
4.0.4 HE operation
(a) For all Groups, HE can be ON only when IFAN is ON.
(b) For all Groups, HE switches to OFF when ICT > 50

c, and is
activated again when ICT ≤ 45
o
c.
(c) In RH group, HE operation is according to the difference
between RAT and SPT (see Sect 4.3, 4.4).
(d) In SH or RC group, HE operation is limited by the following
graph:

(f) Back-up mode for SH group
After COMP (or WVL) has been working for 5 minutes, HE &
IFAN are activated even if the ICT is still below 35
o
c. This
situation is called Back-up Mode. Both HE & IFAN will work in
Back-up Mode until the ICT reaches 35
o
c. Then, the operation
goes on in the usual mode (IFAN as in 4.0.3.a, and HE as in
4.0.4.d).
