c. The shaft seals, washer,

plunger O-ring grooves, nozzle and float

(figure 7-7).

d. The beater shaft inside the

front collar and the hole on the rear

flange (figure 7-8).

4. After all parts are washed, rinse

and then place them in the sanitizer

solution. For proper sanitizing, the parts

must remain fully immersed in the

sanitizer for 10 minutes.

5. Use the sanitizing solution to

wipe down both sides of the freezer.

Brush out the insides of the hoppers and

around the mix level sensor tubes.

6. Thoroughly brush the hoppers

and mix feed ports to the cylinders with

sanitizer (figure 7-9)

7. Brush the inside of the cylinders,

making certain to clean the back walls of

the cylinders.

8. Brush the inside of the drain tube

with sanitizer (figure 7-10).
