Why is no image displayed on my Elmo L-12i?

  If no image is displayed on your Elmo Document Camera, several issues could be the cause. The AC adapter might be incorrectly connected, disconnected from the wall outlet, or disconnected from the unit's power supply socket; in any of these cases, reconnect the AC adapter. Ensure the power is ON. If you recently turned the power off and back on, wait a few seconds before turning it on again. Also, check the zoom setting, as it might be set to the TELE side, displaying only white or black. Finally, confirm that the 'RGB/HDMI/VIDEO Switch' is correctly set.
