2.3.8. CO2 EMISSION CALCULATION
The Model 2000 can be set to calculate an emission factor for CO2 based upon the Energy content of the measured Natural
Gas. The function is enabled ON or OFF, if enabled an Emission Factor for CO2 will be calculated together with a Mass
Total. See the following equations:-

2.3.9. AGA 8 FULL CCOMPOSITION
When the Model 2000 is configured to use the full 56 componets, some components have to be combined for the AGA8
calculation. The components are combined as follows:-
Ethane = Ethane + Methanol + Methanethiol
iPentane = iPentane + neoPentane
Carbon Dioxide = Carbon Dioxide + Ethylene + Acetylene + Carbonyl Sulphyde + Carbon Disulphide
Propane = Propane + Propylene + Propadiene
nButane = nButane + 1 Butene + cis 2 Butene + trans 2 Butene + 1,2 Butadiene + 1,3 Butadiene
nPentane = nPentane + 1 Pentene + Cyclopentane + Benzene
Hexane = Hexane + Cyclohexane + Ethylbenzene + 0 Xylene + 2 Methylpentane + 3 Methylpentane +
2,2 Dimethylbutane + 2,3 Dimethylbutane + Methylcyclopentane + Ethylcyclopentane
Heptane = Heptane + Toluene + Methylcyclohexane
Octane = Octane + Ethylcyclohexane
Water = Water + Ammonia + Hydrogen Cyanide
2.3.10. AGA 10 VoS CALCULATION
The Model 2000 is able to verify the velocity of sound measurement made by an ultrasonic meter against the velocity of
sound calculated according to AGA10. This feature can be enabled by selecting the “Calculate VoS according to AGA10”
option on the Compressibility Equation page. Please be aware that AGA10 requires the AGA8 calculation, this will be run
automatically enabling a different calculation method to be configured for compressibility used in flow calculation. All that’s
required is the full gas composition.
2.3.11. LUBRICATION MODULE
The Model 2000 has a lubrication control module that enables attached turbine meters to be automatically lubricated. The
Automatic Lubrication System requires a number of electrical controls:
1 Lubrication output control
1 Oil level switch input control
1 Piston displacement switch input control
1 Vent switch input control
Ther are three alarms associated with the lubrication module:
· Piston displacement alarming
· Lubrication oil level alarming
· Lubrication Vent alarming
