2.11.5. SNTP SYNCHRONISATION
The Model 2000 can be synhronised with upto 3 SNTP servers. If more than 1 server is configured, then the first set of
valied data received will be used, although the remaining servers will still be read.
The Model 2000 will not update it’s clock between HH:MM:50 and HH:MM+1:10 as this can cause problems with other
events that happen on the minute. For this reason it is recommended that the SNTP update time is HH:MM:30.
2.12. COUNTER MODULE
An external electromechanical counter unit with up to four counters is available as an accessory to the Model 2000.
2.13. PRINTER FACILITY
An external serial printer is available as an accessory to the Model 2000.
2.14. POWER SUPPLY +24V dc OPERATION
The nominal +24 Vdc supply is connected to a terminal block located on the rear panel. Adjacent to the terminal block is a
fuse rated at 3.15A. The Model 2000 will accept supply voltages in the range +21 Vdc. to +28 Vdc. An auxiliary power output
terminal block is also available on the rear of the Model 2000 this fused separately with a 1.6A fuse.
