What to do if my Emec Pump is not dosing but the solenoid is operating?
    • J
      jasonjamesAug 6, 2025
If your Emec Pump isn't dosing, but the solenoid is working, the issue might be a blocked foot filter. Try cleaning it. Another cause could be an empty suction hose, in which case you should prime the pump again. Air bubbles in the hydraulic circuit could also be the reason, so inspect the valves, hoses, and fittings. Lastly, if the product you're dosing is generating gas, turn the discharge knob to release the air or switch to a self-venting pump head.

Why Emec VMS MF doesn’t turn on?
    • A
      Amber EdwardsAug 14, 2025
If your Emec Pump doesn’t turn on, first ensure it’s properly connected to the main power supply. If it is, the pump's protection fuse might be broken and needs replacement. In the event that the fuse is intact, the pump’s main board could be faulty and require replacement.

What to do if Emec Pump is not dosing and solenoid isn’t operating or slightly operating?
    • M
      mshawAug 20, 2025
If your Emec Pump is not dosing and the solenoid isn’t operating (or is operating slightly), crystals might be present inside the valves. Check the valves and try dosing 2-3 liters of normal water, and consider changing the valves. Also, the injection valve could be obstructed and needs replacement.

Why does my Emec Pump display “ER- ROR MEM” or “ERROR DATA”?
    • J
      Justin FischerAug 28, 2025
If your Emec Pump's display shows “ER- ROR MEM” or “ERROR DATA”, then in the case of “ERROR MEM” it indicates an error in data storage, and it is necessary to reload the pump’s default data. If the display shows “ERROR DATA”, then there is an error in data setting, so check the values set. If they are correct, but the message still appears, the pump is underdimensioned.
