software is compatible with the following
operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and
Windows 8.
Windows 8 users: In order to maintain compatibility
with previous Windows operating systems, the ERTune™ program uses
the .NET Framework 3.5, which is not installed by default in Windows 8.
If you are using Windows 8, you will need to download and install
.NET Framework 3.5 before installing the ERTune™ program. You may
also need to disable Driver Signature Enforcement to install the ER5000
driver. We have provided step-by-step instructions for both these tasks in
Appendix A: Setting up the ERTune™ Program on Windows 8 PCs.
