CHECK OUT FOR G-TRAC-1 NORMAL OPERATION
**Following flow chart covers many general operating/troubleshooting situations. If a more detailed manual is needed, contact the nearest EngA
Factory.
24 VAC power to terminals H and N
Is 24 VAC preset on ‘HS” and N?
Yes No
Supply fan should start within 34 sec. if
supply fan controlled by “SA” terminal
Yes No
Heat call light is ‘ON’?
Yes No
Normal summer operation
- Faulty G-TRAC-1, or
- Motor faulty
- Low limit open or faulty
- Belt broken
Controller not calling for heat. Supply
fan should come on within 34 sec.
Yes No
Normal operation. If heat light comes on
within 2 min. of fan starting, fan may shut
off while burner

- Pre-purge light and heat call light
should both be ‘ON’,
- Burner is in pre-purge mode up to 7
min.
- Burner enabled light should come on
and burner should fire and modulate
the gas valve.
Is burner enable light coming on
after 7 minutes?

Does gas valve modulate up or down
when set point is turned up or down?

Disconnect R, B, W on V9055 modulating
gas valve and jumper R to B. Valve should
