◆
Never run the hydraulic breaker longer then 15
seconds on the same spot. Move the working
tool to a new position if the object does not
break.
◆
Never bend with the working tool.
◆
Use the correct feed pressure. When the feed
pressure is correct the hydraulic breaker is
working at its best and the vibrations are at a
minimum. Also the wear on the bushing and
inserted tool is kept to a minimum.
◆
Listen to the sound from the hydraulic breaker.
The sound changes if there is any bending
between the working tool and bushing.
◆
Never run the breaker with the boom cylinders
at their end positions. It may cause damage to
the carrier.
◆
Avoid idling strokes; it causes wear on both
working tool and tool retainers.
◆
The hydraulic breaker or the working tool is not
to be used as a lifting device. When lifting
heavy components use the hook on the carrier
arm.
◆
Never use the hydraulic breaker as a sledge
hammer to demolish material.
