Check that there is no obstruction
between the ActionNote IrDA port and
the receiving device’s IrDA port. There
must be a clear line of sight between the
two communicating ports.
Make sure that the communicating IrDA
ports are within three feet of each other,
and are positioned at a 30° angle.
Check that the IrDA port’s COM
assignment is correct. The default setting
is COM2.
