Select Enter Fax Number.

Enter a fax number, and then select Done.
Note:
❏ To add another number, repeat steps 5 through 7.
❏ If you do not need to add recipients from the speed dial/group dial lists, select Done, and then go to step 13.

Select Add New.

Select Select from Contacts.

Select the entry number.

Select Done.

Select Done.

Press x to start sending.
Sending a fax at a specified time
Follow the instructions below to send a fax at a specified time.
Note:
❏ Make sure you have set the time correctly.

❏ You can only send B&W faxes.

Place your original in the Automatic Document Feeder or on the scanner glass.

Enter Fax mode from the Home menu.

Enter a fax number. You can also use redial, speed dial, or group dial lists to select fax numbers.

Select Advanced Options.

Select Send Fax Later.
