the
choppertype regulator
IC1.
Carriage
Motor
Drive
Sequence
The
carriage
drive
motor
in
the
printer
mechanism,
which
uses a
pulse
motor,
permits
the
carriage
to
stop
at
an
arbitrary
position
or
to
change
the
print
direction
by
control
of
acceleration
or
deceleration.
Control
is
achieve by comparing
the
time
set
by
the
firmware
and
the
PTS
signal,
detected
when
the
carriage
operates.
