Printer menu
To get detailed information on the status of each printer in the
Installed Printers list, select a printer from the list, then select from
the Printer menu options described below.
❏ Printer Status Opens the Printer Status window, which
provides detailed information on the
selected printer’s status. To use the
Printer Status window, see page 6-9.
❏ Job Status Provides information about the jobs
waiting to print on the selected printer.
❏ Select Paper
