4. Grasp the ribbon guide and pull it until it is out of the print head.
5. Hold the tabs at both sides of the ribbon cartridge and pull it out of the printer.
6. Remove the new ribbon cartridge from its package.
7. Hold the ribbon cartridge and insert it into the printer as shown below; then press both sides of
the cartridge firmly to fit the plastic hooks into the printer slots.
