ther
with
the
RFSH
signal.

CPU has

Ted
(Halt State)
active
low
as
the
result

a
HALT
instruction
execution.

RAM refresh

ting
a NOP
instruction,
even

the
HALTed state.

signal is active. A

speed
memory

connected

CPU
