When paper loaded from the front manual feed slot is jammed
To remove jammed paper, follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Remove the jammed paper from the front or rear side of the printer.

When paper loaded from the rear manual feed slot is jammed
To remove jammed paper, follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. Press the Paper Feed/Down d button to feed the paper back.
