Light Description
P
power
On when the Stylus Scan is on and ready to print, copy,
or scan.
Flashing when the Stylus Scan is receiving data,
printing, scanning, copying, warming up, or in ink
cartridge replacement mode.
S
paper out
On when the Stylus Scan is out of paper for printing or
copying. Load paper into the paper feeder, then press
the
E
load/eject button to resume printing or copying.
Flashing when the paper is jammed in the paper
feeder. Remove all paper from the paper feeder, then
reload the paper. If the light continues to flash, turn off
the Stylus Scan and gently pull all of the paper out of
the paper path.
B
black ink
out
Flashing when the black ink cartridge is nearly empty.
Obtain a new black ink cartridge.
On when the black ink cartridge is empty. Replace the
black ink cartridge (S020189).
A
color ink
out
Flashing when the color ink cartridge is nearly empty.
Obtain a new color ink cartridge.
On when color ink cartridge is empty. Replace the
color ink cartridge. (S020191).
reduce/
enlarge
On when the selector lights are indicating the currently
selected magnification rate.
Off when the Selector lights are indicating the
currently selected copy mode.
