Setting Security for Faxing
You can make security settings to prevent sending a fax to the wrong recipient, or prevent received documents
from being leaked or lost. You can also delete backed-up fax data.
1. Select Settings on the home screen.
2. Select General Settings > Fax Settings > Security Settings.
3. Select the menu, and then make the settings.

Checking Fax Jobs
Notication of Unprocessed Received Faxes
When there are unprocessed received documents, the number of unprocessed jobs is displayed on the on the
home screen. See the table below for a denition of the "unprocessed".

Saving on a computer There are received documents that have not been saved on the computer because the
computer is in sleep mode or for other reasons.
Forwarding
There are received documents that have not been forwarded or failed to be forwarded
