Step 3: Registering on Epygi’s Technical Support
It is recommended that you register your QX IP PBX on the Epygi Technical Support web page.
Registration will give you access to the Technical Support Database.
The Register Your Device in Technical Support Center page appears when administrating
an unregistered QX IP PBX, and it has been created for customer support purposes. The page
requires customer registration at the
Epygi .

There, you can submit requests concerning technical problems as well as refer to the E-
pygi section. In addition, the technical support page allows users to download new
firmware, manuals and other information. You can access the support section only if you are
registered. Additionally, registration at Epygi’s Technical Support web page gives you the
username and password to login to the Epygi SIP Server.

To register, you need to know the serial number of your QX IP PBX, which is located on a label
on the bottom of QX IP PBX. You will also need the date of purchase. Next, open the Epygi
support page (
