Adjusting the seatpost extension
Push the CF3 seat post using minimal twisting into the seat tube of the frame
(Fig. A). Set the saddle to the same height as you currently use. Note when
doing this the imprinted marking of the minimum extension (see warnings on
page 8) (Fig. B). Bear in mind that the CF3 seat post already provides a small
amount of springiness when it is sat on. For that reason add a total of 5 mm to
the seat height for the first approximation. For tips on adjusting seatpost
extension, see page 65. You may need to test ride the bike to set the final saddle
height.
