The MyLabSigmaVET is a professional, innovative, and versatile real-time high-resolution ultrasound scanner designed for veterinary use. It is supplied with a comprehensive set of manuals (Essential Instructions for Use, Safety and Standards, Getting Started, Probes and Consumables, System Data, Advanced Operations, and Optional Sections) to ensure safe and effective operation.
Function Description
The MyLabSigmaVET is intended to perform images of the internal structure of an animal's body, providing diagnostically useful information when interpreted by a trained medical expert. It supports various species and applications, including:
- Cardiac: For canine, feline, equine, bovine, and other species.
- Abdominal: For canine, feline, equine, bovine, and other species.
- Reproductive: For canine, feline, equine, bovine, and other species.
- Musculo-Skeletal: Musculo-Skeletal exams, including equine tendon.
The equipment also provides imaging for guidance in biopsy procedures and for assisting in the placement of needles and catheters in vascular or other anatomical structures, as well as peripheral nerve blocks in Musculoskeletal applications. It connects to mechanical and electronic ultrasound probes (convex array, linear array, phased array) and Doppler probes.
