Faulty capacitor
Unplug the cabinet from main supply.
See Layout A/B at the end of this section to locate the
capacitor near the blower compartment.
Refer to Fig. 2.6 below, disconnect two cables of
capacitor.
Using a capacitance meter or a multimeter set to
capacitance measurement record the value across the
two capacitor cables.
Correct values are shown in Table 2 below. If the value is
out of given ranges, replace it.
If the capacitance is within the given ranges proceed to
next step.
WARNING: The capacitor may still have some electrical
charges if the cabinet was switched on prior doing this
checking. Wait for 1-2 minutes and check the capacitor
voltage using a voltmeter to ensure the capacitor were
discharged (voltage less than 5 VAC) prior disconnecting
the capacitor.
