6 TROUBLESHOOTING
Etrel INCH charging station provides you quick access to the side
maintenance area to execute basic troubleshooting and to reset the
charging station in case there are some problems. You are also able
to reset the charging station straight from the web interface.
ACCESS TO THE SIDE MAINTENANCE AREA
Side maintenance area is protected by the maintenance doors.
Depending on the type of Etrel INCH charging station you are using,
two different doors are available. One with the regular key lock and
one with hex screw (2.5 mm). To access the area, you will need
either key or a hex screw driver.
