to a leaning post style seat with a backrest, al-
lowing the operator and passenger to sit or stand
at the helm. A powder coated footrest folds out
when the bolster is folded to the seat position.
To convert the seat to a leaning post, lift the front
of the seat cushion to raise the bolster and push it
back above the seat cushion. Then swing the foot-
rest up against the seat base to the stored position.
Two doors in the rear of the seat base provide
access to a storage compartment. A removable
access hatch in the compartment provides access
to fuel line ttings located on the top of the fuel
tank below the hatch. The doors are secured in
the closed position with “push to close” latches
that latch automatically and are lockable.
Helm
The steering, engine controls, engine instruments
and switches for exterior equipment and naviga-
tion lights are located on the helm station. An area
for ush mounted electronics is located forward
of the steering and engine controls. The helm is
also equipped with molded in cup holders, storage
trays, grab rails and a lockable storage compart-
ment. There is also MP3 and 12 volt accessory
plugs in the helm panel and/or in the storage
compartment.
Hatches in the console storage compartment
provides access to the back of the helm panel for
servicing helm equipment and installing electron-
ics or other accessories. Vertical rod storage is
provided on each side of console.
Console Compartment Doors
Doors on each side of the console provide access
to the console storage compartment. Lockable,
“push to close latches” secure the doors when
they are closed.
It is very important that the storage compartment
doors are secured properly in the closed position
whenever the boat is operated above idle speed.
The doors are heavy and if a door is not closed
and properly latched, it could slam shut when the
boat rocks and pinch someone’s ngers between
the door and console or damage the door.
