it back above the seat cushion. The leaning post
footrest automatically folds to the leaning post
frame as the bolster is raised. Another molded
in footrest on the rear of the console can be used
when the bolsters are set to either position.
The re extinguisher mount is located below the
footrest on the rear of the console. The mounting
location keeps the re extinguisher out of the way
and readily available.
Leaning Post Baitwell (Optional)
A leaning post/baitwell can be installed as optional
equipment. The baitwell is equipped with a pump,
light, overow tting, drain and supply valve.
The clear acrylic baitwell hatch is equipped with
a “push to close” latch that secures the hatch in
the closed position. The baitwell drains by gravity
to a thru-hull tting in the hull.
A centrifugal pump located in the stern bilge sup-
plies seawater to the baitwell. An adjustable inlet
valve controls water ow and a removable over-
ow tube controls the water level. The baitwell
should be drained and rinsed clean with fresh
water after each use. Refer to the Raw Water
System and Drainage System chapters for more
information on the operation of the baitwell.
Helm
The steering, engine controls, engine instruments
and switches for exterior equipment and naviga-
tion lights are located on the helm station. An area
for ush mounted electronics is located forward of
the steering and engine controls. The helm is also
equipped with cup holders, storage trays, grab
rails and a lockable storage compartment. There
is also MP3 and 12 volt accessory plugs in the
helm panel and/or in the storage compartment.
Access hatches in the head compartment provide
access to the back of the helm panel for servic-
ing helm equipment and installing electronics or
other accessories.
Windshield
The boat is equipped with an acrylic windshield
mounted to the front of the center console. Acrylic
panels on each side of the console provide addi-
tional protection. Acrylic glass scratches easily.
Never use a dry cloth or glass cleaning solutions
on acrylic. Use a soft cloth and mild soap and
water for routine cleaning. Solvents and products
containing ammonia can permanently damage
acrylic. Please refer to the Routine Maintenance
