2.7 ADA Compliance

n the Quality Process of the Evolution Dog Wash, we are always striving to make things better
and applicable to our customer’s wants/needs. One such item is the ADA Compliance in regards
to
Title III of the ADA, which states that “individuals with disabilities are entitled to equal
enjoyment of the goods and services of a public accommodation. Public accommodations
include businesses that provide goods and services to the public.” And also according to
Title II of the ADA which requires “that programs offered by State & Local Governments be
made available to people with disabilities.”
