ranty of the equipment will be for two (2) years after the purchase and
delivery of the Goods. Warranty covers all parts, accrued; however, the warranty
does not cover labor costs. The warranty does not cover theft, destructive acts,
or gross neglect to the Goods. The manufacturer (or, designated representative of
the manufacturer) has the rights to inspect the Goods to confirm that the damage
is covered under the warranty. Warranty is considered voidable if Buyer does not
use approved shampoo and disinfectant products Tropiclean (Specifically
formulate for Evolution Dog Wash Company) and KennelSol, throughout the
warranty period.

ther warranty, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby made by Seller, and none shall be
imputed or presumed.
