What to do if I can't edit the Operator Name in the Generate Report page of my EXFO Test Equipment?

If you are unable to edit the Operator Name in the Generate Report page, it is likely because the EXFO Connect Server check box is selected in EXFO Connect Client. This is the expected behavior, as the Operator Name is selected from the EXFO Connect operator name list. To edit the Operator Name, clear the EXFO Connect Server check box from EXFO Connect Client, then close and restart the module application.
