1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Raisemowerdeckupandlatchwithdecklocking
pinsperRaisingtheMowerDecktothe
ServicePositionsectioninOperation.
3.Removehairpinsandwashersatthetopofthe
deckliftassistspringoneachsideoftheunit(see
Figure6).
4.Removethespringfromthespringanchor.
Repeatforothersideofunit.
5.Un-latchdeckfromraisedpositionandslowly
lowerdecktogroundperLoweringtheMower
DecktotheOperationPositionsectionin
Operation.
Note:Deckwillbecomeheavieroncespringsare
removedfromtheanchors.Lowerdeckcarefully.
6.Removelynchpinsatfrontofpusharmsonboth
sidesoftheunit(seeFigure4).
7.Removehairpinandclevisfrombothsidesofthe
PTOguard(seeFigure5).
8.Raiseseatanddisconnectdriveshaftusingquick
coupleratjackshaft(seeFigure3).
9.Pullmowerdeckforwardtoremovefromunit.
Important:DoNottransportNavigator
tractorwithoutanapprovedExmarkfront
mountattachment.
