1 GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
➢ The EXP180K2-FD is able to fast charge all electric vehicles compliant with combined charging
system (CCS) standard.
➢ IP55 for severe environment using，-30℃~45℃ ambient temperature full power charging.
➢ Depending on the battery capacity, EXP180K2-HD can charge properly equipped electric
vehicles from 0% to 80% in roughly 30 minutes, output power up to 180kW，output voltage
from 150V to 1000V, constant power from 300V to 1000V.
➢ The battery charging state is displayed on the HMI and the charging cycle finishes by itself or
can be interrupted by user command.
➢ EXP180K2-HD is user friendly and safe. After user identification, it only requires coupling the
charger’s output plug in the EV for automatic starting if all safety features are accomplished.
➢ Full safety function with output contactor and fuse，ESD，SPD，leakage switch，insulation
detector，software logic for multiple protection.
➢ LTE wireless modem support, RFID authorization and Mobile App payment support
