Wing Assembly

Hinge Alignment and CA Application

Align hinges on wing panel and aileron, apply thin CA to secure.

Assemble wheel axles, collars, wheels, and secure wheel pants.

Securing Landing Gear Plate

Attach landing gear to the plate using screws and loc-tite.

Motor Box and Support Installation

Install motor box assembly and triangular supports, glue air scoops.

Motor and ESC Mounting

Mount motor and ESC using supplied hardware, ream prop shaft hole if needed.

Cowl and Canopy/Hatch Installation

Position canopy/hatch, align and secure cowl using screws and CA.

Horizontal Stabilizer Preparation and Attachment

Prepare stabilizer and fuselage slot, align and temporarily fit stabilizer.

Elevator and Horizontal Stabilizer Gluing

Glue elevator to stab, then glue stab to fuselage and elevator hinges.

Vertical Fin and Rudder Installation

Glue vertical fin to fuselage, install rudder control horn.

Rudder Control Horn and Tailwheel Assembly

Install rudder control horn and attach tailwheel assembly.

Elevator Control Horn and Pushrod Setup

Install elevator control horn and connect pushrod to servo.

Rudder Servo and Pull-Pull Cable System

Mount rudder servo and assemble pull-pull cable system for rudder.

Receiver and Battery Installation

Install receiver and secure battery using Velcro and straps.

Wing Attachment to Fuselage

Secure wings to the fuselage using the supplied nylon bolts.

Radio Set-up and Flight Tips

Center of Gravity (CG) Range

CG range is 3.50"-4.00" from wing leading edge. Adjust by moving battery.
