Align hinges on wing panel and aileron, apply thin CA to secure.
Prepare servo bay by removing covering and install aileron servo.
Install aileron control horn and connect pushrod using ez-connector.
Repeat steps for the second wing to finalize assembly.
Mount landing gear, prepare wheel pants by gluing plywood squares.
Assemble wheel axles, collars, wheels, and secure wheel pants.
Attach landing gear to the plate using screws and loc-tite.
Install motor box assembly and triangular supports, glue air scoops.
Mount motor and ESC using supplied hardware, ream prop shaft hole if needed.
Position canopy/hatch, align and secure cowl using screws and CA.
Prepare stabilizer and fuselage slot, align and temporarily fit stabilizer.
Glue elevator to stab, then glue stab to fuselage and elevator hinges.
Glue vertical fin to fuselage, install rudder control horn.
Install rudder control horn and attach tailwheel assembly.
Install elevator control horn and connect pushrod to servo.
Mount rudder servo and assemble pull-pull cable system for rudder.
Install receiver and secure battery using Velcro and straps.
Secure wings to the fuselage using the supplied nylon bolts.
CG range is 3.50"-4.00" from wing leading edge. Adjust by moving battery.
Recommendations for elevator, rudder, and aileron rates (low and high).
Utilize exponential for feel and set separate rates for precision and 3D flying.
