Resolution: Edit the configuration file.

at line <line number>
Explanation: The parsing of the configuration file has failed
because of the invalid syntax.
Resolution: Edit the configuration file.
Could not open exclude file <file path>: <OS error>
Explanation: A file path to the exclude -option does not exist
or is not accessible.
Resolution: Edit command-line options.
