B680 Top & Bottom Skirt
Assembly Instructions
1. Push plastic inserts into 8mm holes on both sides of the beam.
2. Use M6 Hex bolts to secure vertical strips to the beam. Use 1 x plastic washer
under the bolt head and 3 x plastic washers between the vertical strip and the
beam to act as a spacer.
3. Repeat with another strip on the other side of the beam, ensure that both
vertical strips are orientated with their tips bending away from each other.

B680 Top & Bottom Skirt Assembly

Step 1: Insert Plastic Inserts

Insert plastic inserts into 8mm holes on both sides of the beam for skirt assembly.

Step 2: Secure Vertical Strips

Use M6 Hex bolts and washers to secure vertical strips to the beam, using washers as spacers.

Step 3: Orientate Vertical Strips

Attach the second vertical strip, ensuring its tip bends away from the first strip.

Step 4: Attach Horizontal Strip

Bolt vertical strips to the horizontal strip using M5 bolts and washers at top and bottom.

Step 5: Fit Anchor Bracket

Secure the anchor bracket to the barrier frame using countersunk screws in the outer holes.

Step 6: Secure Barrier Cover

Shorten the in-fill strip and bolt the cover and case to the barrier structure.

Step 7: Connect Link Arm

Connect the link arm from the bottom of the skirt to the anchor bracket.
