A.02 X AD shift channels breakdown AD related electrical circuit is faulty.
A.03 X Overspeed
The servomotor speed is excessively high and the
servomotor is out of control.
A.04 X Overload
The servomotor is operating continuously under a torque
largely exceeding ratings.
A.05 X Position error counter overflow Internal counter overflow.
A.06 X Position error pulse overflow Position error pulse exceeded parameter (Pn504).
