5. STARTING UP THE DISPENSER
5.1 Leak Check and Prime

Remove the side panels by loosening the two screws located at the bottom of the
panel and then lifting o the frame.

Remove the drip tray by lifting up and pulling away, then remove access panel to expose the
solution modules.
3 Connect the BIB connectors to the syrup BIBs.

Turn on the water and the gas supplies. Ensure both are owing to the dispenser.
Note: The water and syrup pumps will activate loudly until the lines are pressurized.
5 Thoroughly check for leaks at all connections.

Install a 1/4” ID tube on the sample port shown in Figure 5.1. Check that the water and syrup
shutos are on (as shown in Figure 5.2) and then open the sample valve and collect the water/
syrup in a cup. Continue to prime until syrup ow has been established and all air has been removed
from the lines. Discard the samples. Repeat for all barrels.
