1.3 General Precautions
This equipment, depending on the model, weighs up to 215 pounds (98 kilograms) when empty and is top-heavy. To avoid
personal injury or equipment damage, do not attempt to lift the dispenser without help. The use of a mechanical lift is
highly recommended. When lifting and positioning the dispenser, it should always stay in a vertical upright position.
1.4 Insulation Blowing Gas
This equipment was built using polyurethane foam. For safety, please keep dispenser away from fire.
1.5 Climatic Classes
This equipment may be rated for climatic classes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8. The table below provides additional information
on the specific temperature, relative humidity, and moisture content acceptable under these climatic classes. Please
make sure the dispenser is placed and operated in conditions described in Section 4.3. Reference dispenser nameplate
label to identify climatic class, if applicable.

1.6 Unit in Storage
If a unit is going to be placed in storage for an extended period (more than 90 days), it is recommended that all rubber
components be replaced (o-rings, rear seal, expansion tank, etc.). Failure to replace rubber components could cause leaks
which may damange components.
When the dispenser is mounted onto a base cart, it must be secured with bolts as instructed in
Section 4.2. Use caution when moving the cart. Avoid surfaces that are not level and smooth
under the width of the casters to prevent tipping.
