Operation
7.3. Authorised work techniques
All uses which differ from the following work techniques
have not been intended for this machine and are therefore
not authorised.
Feed the workpiece with constant speed and pressure for-
wards without applying sideways pressure. Do not interrupt
the cut and do not pull the workpiece backwards. When
cutting large pieces, use appropriate table extensions or
roll supports.

To start the drive motor, turn the star-delta switch onto
the “Y” setting and hold it there until the machine has
reached its full speed; switch to the next setting. The av-
erage run-up time is approx. 4 - 8 seconds. To switch the
motor off, turn the star-delta switch to the „0“ setting. In
the eventuality of an emergency shut-down or a power
failure, set the star-delta switch back to the „0“ position.
The machine can only be switched back on once the mo-
tor protection device has been switched on.

Attention: The machine will not start with the doors open and will automatically stop if doors are opened
during operation. (Only valid for the CE-version !)
