l cooling system.
a) Fill the cooling system with a mixture of
antifreeze and coolant until the coolant
level comes above the radiator core.
b) Bleed the cooling system by removing the
air venting plug/temperature sensor on
the thermostat housing.
c) Pour coolant until the coolant level
reaches the plug.
d) Screw in the plug and fill rest of the
system.
NOTE:
Use only coolant that is a mixture of 40-60%
water and antifreeze. Refer to the engine
specification for the machine, for the specified ratio and the quantities necessary. Do not use water
only for the coolant.

1. Drain the fuel tank of water.
2. Replace the fuel filter and pre-filter.
3. Ensure that the fuel in the tank is of winter quality.
4. Change the engine oil (winter quality).
5. Check the battery condition.
6. Check the function of the intake air heater.
7. Check the function of the coolant pre-heater.
