5 – Mechanical gearbox lever
For use of the gearshift lever see “Starting
and driving the vehicle (Mechanical
gearbox)” on page 71.
6 –12V power socket
This socket can be used to power small
electrical devices such as: cell phone, lights,
vacuum cleaner and any other accessory
with absorption not higher than 140 Watts
and 12 Volts.
Prolonged use of this device may
discharge the battery.
Do not try to insert plugs that are
incompatible in size and shape into the
power socket.
Doors
When the doors are opened or closed, the
windows will automatically move down
approximately 2 centimetres (0.8 in.) and
stop (broken line) in order to prevent
collision with the door weather strip.
When the door is closed, the window
automatically moves up until it meets the
weather strip.
Opening the doors from the outside
Deactivate the alarm and the central locking
via the radio control; should the latter not
work, refer to section “Electronic alarm
system” on page 18.
Lift the handle to open the door.
Activate central locking by turning the key
clockwise.
