Homemade pasta machine description
This machine was specifically designed to make homemade pasta in the shortest time possbile. In fact, it performs two
functions:
- based on the model type, it is equipped with various sized basins to make the dough.
- Once the dough is ready, turn the switch to the expulsion position In this way, the dough is expelled through the
bronze nozzles which create the required pasta according to the various shapes and sizes.
The outer machine structure is coated in white plastic while all parts that can come into contact with food are made of
stainless steel and can be easily removed for correct cleaning.
The metallic construction, with movements on ball bearings and life-long lubrication, removes almost all need for
machine maintenance.
All pasta machine models are designed according to safety regulations in force.
Models MPF4 and MPF8 are equipped with a series of electronic pasta cutters which can be purchased separately for
mod. MPF2,5.
Also available separately is the machine support rack which is supplied with model MPF8.
