Electronic knife assembly procedure
To correctly assemble the
electronic knife, insert the
cutting unit in the support
shaft housing, rotate the
knife in front of the
expulsion area and
secure the fastening
lever.
Connect the cutting unit
motor by inserting the
jack in the specific
machine socket.
End of the day cleaning
• At the end of the day, remove the plug from the electrical socket and accurately clean the machine using
neutral detergents, paying careful attention to clean the lid, basin, mixer, screw, nozzle and knife while
the dough is still soft.
• Nozzles should be stored under water until futher use to prevent any remaining dough to dry and clog
holes. For correct basin cleaning, unscrew and remove the kneading hook and expulsion screw.
• Clean outer machine parts with a damp sponge. Do not use metallic pads and abrasive detergents.
Extended periods of disuse
For extended periods of disuse, turn off the main wall switch, clean the machine and cover it with a cloth
to protect if from dust.

Introduction
In the event of breakdown or malfunctioning, turn off the wall fuse and contact your Dealer’s service centre.
Avoid dismantling internal machine parts.
