Appendix D – Keyboard Commands
The following is a list of commands and their functions that can be used in
the Moving Map program.
D – The “D” key is used to enter a destination when using the built-in
Simulator mode, or when the destination is not provided by FMS/GPS.
P – The “P” key is used to open the Port Reader program, used to
troubleshoot wiring issues, in addition to RS-232 data on the FD200CPU-7
Ver P.
S – The “S” key is used to set the starting position, altitude, track, and speed
when using the built-in Simulator mode.
U – The “U” key is used to enter Custom User Waypoints.
Alt-X – The “Alt-X” combination is used to shut down the Moving Map
program, in order to access the desktop when updating software, or
customizing an INI file.
