THISDOCUMENTCONTAINSTHEENTIREWARRANTYAGREEMENTBETWEENPURCHASERANDFLIRANDSUPERSEDESALL
PRIORWARRANTYNEGOTIATIONS,AGREEMENTS,
PROMISESANDUNDERSTANDINGSBETWEENPURCHASERANDFLIR.THIS
WARRANTYMAYNOTBEALTEREDWITHOUTTHEEXPRESSWRITTENCONSENTOFFLIR.
6.WARRANTYRETURN,REPAIRANDREPLACEMENT.Tobeeligibleforwarrantyrepairorreplacement,Purchasermustnotify
FLIRwithinthirty(30)daysofdiscoveringofanyapparentdefectinmaterialsor
workmanship.BeforePurchasermayreturna
Productforwarrantyserviceorrepair,Purchasermustfirstobtainareturnedmaterialauthorization(RMA)numberfromFLIR.
ToobtaintheRMAnumberOwnermustprovideanoriginalproofofpurchase.Foradditionalinformation,tonotifyFLIRofan
apparentdefectinmaterialsor
workmanship,ortorequestanRMAnumber,visithttp://www.flir.com.Purchaserissolely
responsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackagingthe
ProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.FLIRwillpayforreturningtoPurchaseranyProduct
that
FLIRrepairsorreplacesunderwarranty.
FLIRreservestherighttodetermine,initssolediscretion,whetherareturnedProductiscoveredunderWarranty.IfFLIR
determinesthatanyreturnedProductisnotcoveredunderWarrantyorisotherwiseexcludedfromWarrantycoverage,FLIR
maychargePurchaserareasonable
handlingfeeandreturntheProducttoPurchaser,atPurchaser’sexpense,oroffer
PurchasertheoptionofhandlingtheProductasanonwarrantyreturn.
7.NONWARRANTYRETURN.PurchasermayrequestthatFLIRevaluateandserviceorrepairaProductnotcoveredunder
warranty,whichFLIRmayagreetodo
initssolediscretion.BeforePurchaserreturnsaProductfornonwarrantyevaluationand
repair,PurchasermustcontactFLIRbyvisitinghttp://www.flir.comtorequestanevaluationandobtainanRMA.Purchaseris
solelyresponsibleforcomplyingwithallRMAinstructionsprovidedbyFLIRincludingbutnotlimitedtoadequatelypackaging
theProductforshipmenttoFLIRandforallpackagingandshippingcosts.Uponreceiptofanauthorizednonwarrantyreturn,
FLIRwillevaluatetheProductandcontactPurchaserregardingthefeasibilityofandthecostsandfeesassociatedwith
Purchaser’srequest.Purchasershallberesponsibleforthereasonablecostof
FLIR’sevaluation,forthecostofanyrepairsor
servicesauthorizedbyPurchaser,andforthecostofrepackagingandreturningtheProducttoPurchaser.
AnynonwarrantyrepairofaProductiswarrantedforonehundredeightydays(180)daysfromthedateofreturnshipmentby
FLIRto
befreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshiponly,subjecttoallofthelimitations,exclusionsanddisclaimersin
thisdocument.
