Bill of Materials and Exploded View

Step 1: Corner Post Insert Installation

Install Tilting and Non-Tilting Inserts

Install specified inserts into corner posts for tilting and non-tilting configurations.

Set Insert Height and Torque

Adjust insert height and torque nut to 60 ft-lbs for proper installation.

Step 2: Maxis Tilting Canopy Extension Tube

Attach Extension Tube to Non-Tilting Insert

Slide extension tube over non-tilting insert and secure with nut, do not torque yet.

Set Extension Tube Height and Connect Actuator

Set extension tube height and connect the actuator mount to the extension tube.

Important Note: Maxis Tilt Kit Gap Requirement
